The Procedure of Our Checking Process (cannot repair on the spot / require spare part)
- Customer book repair/checking.
- The technician arrives and determines the problem.
- Inform the customer of the problem and collect the RM80 checking fee (Provide an estimation of the cost of repairing).
- Quote the customer the exact price once finding out the pricing of spare parts from the supplier (usually within 1-2 days).
- The customer agrees on the final price. Start ordering the part.
- Once the part arrived, will arrange a reschedule visit with the customer.
- Refund back the RM80 checking fee to the customer.
- Collect the final repair cost from the customer once done.
